Well that is hard to answer and kind of depends on your playstyle.
I enjoy playing a tanky chracter and have mainly skilled Vitality. Also the last perk (extra life) is neat. I think at least for beginners this is a valid choice.
Other than that you will just have to try out different combinations and see if you like them.
The first perk of Agility is also very strong because if you have it you dont need mana to use movement abilities.
