Suggestion:
Add an option to select a difficulty for a dungeon.

Targets:
- Provide an easier experience for new players
- Provide a challenge for experienced players
- Make deaths more meaningful

Ideas:
- Normal (0% coin investment): Normal loot
- Difficult (20% coin investment): Less lifes, stronger mobs, improved loot
- Extreme (40% coin investment): Damage taken reduces max health, awesome loot
